    BOOTH INFORMATION:

    Booths are pipe and drape, 8' x 10' area with an 8' x 30" table. Skirting, two (2) chairs and one (1) waste basket are provided. The Vendor Hall is carpeted, has internet access and electrical outlets.

    VENDOR REPRESENTATIVE:

    Each vendor booth includes lunch and beverage breaks, Monday, December 3, 2018 thru Wednesday, December 5, 2018, and a name badge with lanyard for one (1) vendor representative. Each additional vendor representative is $125.00. Wednesday nights Banquet dinner is an additional fee of $50.00 for each representative.

    ADDITIONAL VENDOR REPRESENTATIVE(S):

    Each additional vendor Representative registration includes lunch and beverage breaks, Monday, December 3, 2018 thru Wednesday, December 5, 2018, and a name badge with lanyard for one (1) vendor representative. Wednesday nights Banquet dinner is an additional fee of $50.00 for each representative.

    SETUP:

    You may setup your booth(s)/table(s) between 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday, December 3, 2018.

    TAKE DOWN:

    Booth(s)/table(s) can be taken down starting at Noon on Wednesday, December 5, 2018. Vendor Hall must be cleared out by 3:00pm Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
